AkerBP
User needs access to @akerbp.com
. All communication will go through AkerBP teams.
New team members should be invited to the following group chats:
- Pathfinders + Alex
- Halliburton + Pathfinders
New team members should be added to the Pathfinders GitHub team
Application access
To gain access to various applications in AkerBP, please request access via ServiceNow.
Apply for access to the following apps
- FLX - used for office seating
- Landmark EDM EDT (you'll need read/write access)
- Landmark iEnergy
- LastPass - Used for team secrets
- Workplace by meta
Other support requests are sent to [email protected]
Office facilities
For users using AkerBP facilities they need access to FLX app on mobile to reserve a desk in the office:

Halliburton
Every team member needs to have a @halliburton.com
user. This needs to be requested from Halliburton. User will receive an email with Halliburton ID (often referred to as H-number), personnel number and a temporary password.
Find the new user's email address by searching for the name in Teams / Outlook, use the email address to login.
- Go to office.com -> Login with the e-mail address and temporary password from the email about your new user.
- Note your Halliburton ID (often referred to as H-Number or HAL ID) and personnel number, you will need this + your date of birth for verification later.
- Call +47 51 83 79 00 (Halliburton Global Support) choose option 3 to talk to a human and ask for help to setup MFA/Multifactor/2FA. Specify that you are on a non-Halliburton device and need help to activate it. If they ask for your manager in Halliburton: Radha Lakshminarayanan
Development environment OEC
Open Earth Community (OEC) is the development environment for all activities related to Digital Well Program. The environment is accessed through Amazon Workspace (virtual desktops) due to security restrictions.

Signup
Once you have received the Halliburton account you can sign up to OEC. Sign up here with your @halliburton.com
address.
Development virtual machine
As soon as you have access to OEC, request/order a dev machine as this takes a while to provision.
Currently we use Windows/Ireland/16GB RAM configuration
but feel free to select Linux
. After provisioning is complete you will receive a registration code on your @halliburton.com
mail. Use this to login to the AWS Workspaces Client.
We can apply for upgrade to 32GB memory
Windows Virtual Desktop (WVD)
As we cannot access ServiceNow from our laptops, for ordering a WVD: send request to Radha Lakshminarayanan (Halliburton).
When the desktop is provisioned you can login using your @halliburton.com
user.

- Open the app and click subscribe. Login with your
@halliburton.com
