Navigating DWP

Why​

Navigating DWP can be a hazzle as the UX is a bit unusual and some of the features are behind numerous steps / needs inputs to be visible.

Please include screenshots and a couple of lines of information. Use a secondary title with the name of the component/feature and a short intro. (See other steps)

Kick tolerance​

Requires hole sections in Well Design Dashboard

  • Select a program that has hole sections / casings
  • Go to Well Design
  • In the dropdown under Well Design Dashboard you will see the various sections. Each section has its own kick tolerance calculator

Edrilling Dynamic Hydraulics and Temperature Analysis​

Requires hole sections in Well Design Dashboard and run / drill cases in BHA Selection Analysis Dashboard

  • Select a program that has hole sections / casings
  • Go to Well Design
  • Select a hole section that contains a run / drill case

Define Loads and Custom Loads​

Requires hole sections in Well Design Dashboard and Casing designs

  • Select a program that has hole sections / casings
  • Go to Well Design
  • Select a hole section that contains a casing designs
  • In the upper right corner you find the define loads button
  • Click this button to access the define loads window where you can add custom loads
